Traveling across multiple states that one has never seen before produces some amazing discoveries. The toll booth is common place in these states. The fabulous rest stops includes fast food and clean facilities with quick access to gas and needed auto necessities. The scenery is lush and green. I work on simple drawings of what I see and manage to complete six. Chicago was a busy vibrant place for us. We kept our visit simple by driving through the hectic place and walking along the lake.
