This is a miniature I created in Hawaii based on my favorite yellow umbrellas. I would walk down to the pier on Waikiki every morning as the beach workers set up the yellow umbrellas for the tourists.
The sailboat floated by as I was drawing the yellow umbrellas. Working on incorporating more elements from the beach in my paintings.
