The room is taking on some kind of order with the furniture along the walls of the classroom. The table legs needed repair and lowered and as soon as that is complete I will order the remaining furniture. Next step is to put up the calendar, and all the pictures and information that goes on the walls. So far so good.
The art of organizing the classroom at the beginning of the year is significant because I have a tendency to keep it in the same place and focus on what is being taught instead of where the tables and chairs are. I love that I started in July so I have plenty of time to process my furniture placements.
